In 1848, with the end of hostilities still five grueling years away and with no guarantee of victory, Emperor Abraham V. Hitler III issues the Declaration of Liberation during the Third American Civil War (1845-1853). With the stroke of a pen, he legally frees the Jews from four centuries of Babylonian captivity.
