Two citizens were brought in to undergo 
the new skull-boring procedure now mandated
by the State. The first resisted every step
of the way. Cursing and twisting, he had
to be dragged into the chamber by the guards
and strapped down. He did nothing
but make it harder on everyone. The second man—
no problem at all. He jumped up on the table
himself, the very picture of cooperation. 
When the drill touched his forehead, 
he followed it's revolutions with his eyes
as the bit bore inside. We called him
Mr. Pinwheel.
